Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms govern your use of NET-C (https://netc.com.ng). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use NET-C.
1. Who can use NET-C
You must be at least 18 and use NET-C as a teacher, education professional, or someone with a genuine interest in teaching. You must give accurate information when you sign up.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe. Tell us at hello@netc.com.ng if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Community rules
When using NET-C you must not:
- Share leaked, live or stolen examination questions or answers, or otherwise help with exam malpractice (including WAEC, NECO, JAMB and BECE).
- Upload material you do not have the right to share, or misrepresent its source or copyright status.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against others.
- Post personal information about students, colleagues or anyone else without permission.
- Post spam, scams, malware, or unsolicited advertising.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access accounts that are not yours.
4. Content you share
You keep ownership of what you post and upload. You give NET-C a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and share that content within the service so it can work as intended, for example showing your resource to other members. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies other members have already downloaded or that we must keep for legal or moderation reasons.
You confirm you have the right to share everything you upload. Resources may be reviewed before or after they appear, and may be marked, edited for metadata, or removed.
5. Moderation
Moderators and administrators may remove or lock content, change post labels, and warn, restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms. Where possible we will tell you why. You can ask us to review a decision by emailing hello@netc.com.ng.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on NET-C infringes your copyright, use the report option on the content or email hello@netc.com.ng with a link to it and details of your work. We will review it and remove it where appropriate.
7. AI tools
AI Labs features use third-party AI models and can produce content that is wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review all AI output before using it in class or sharing it. Do not submit information that identifies students. Usage limits apply.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep NET-C available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue features. We may update these terms; if the changes are significant we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using NET-C and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
NET-C and its content, including content shared by members, are provided "as is". Teaching materials are shared by the community and may not be accurate or up to date. To the extent the law allows, NET-C is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian law that cannot be excluded.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@netc.com.ng. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
